Lots of children in Haiti know Tapori. A few of them sent us silhouettes and messages. We invite you to read a story we wrote about children from Haiti, called "Where’s Mackenson?"
Jean Rony wrote to us, “Here’s what I can say for a better future. I’m from Port-au-Prince. I’m going to give a hand to someone who has nothing so she’ll be stronger. Then she’ll give a hand to someone else, they’ll respect each other, and that’s the way the world will change. Thank you to those who receive this letter.”
At Tapori we hope that those who have been separated from their families during the earthquake will find them again. Haitians are very brave and are already getting organized to help their families, their friends, and their neighbors. Together, they’ll help to rebuild their country.
For adults, we invite you to visit the ATD Fourth World Movement’s website to see how you can help, at www.atd-fourthworld.org.
