Meeting at the United Nations |

From December 2-9, 2009, Tapori chidlren will come together in Switzerland to get to know each other, play together, write messages about children’s rights, and learn from each other. They’ll meet adults who defend children’s rights too. On December 8, they’ll go the the High Commission of Human Rights to talk with people from the United Nations about what all children need to be able to live well. You can read news about this meeting while it’s happening right here on this website.
The children from Mauritius who will be at this meeting would like to share a song called "Ti Marmite" with you!
And here’s a message from a Tapori meeting in Poland in June-July 2009. Children from the village where the meeting happened will come to Switzerland to be part of the meeting at the United Nations.
