European Children’s Tapori Meeting in Poland 2009
European Tapori’s Children Meeting in Poland 2009
Universal Children’s Day
Sunday

No time to get bored ! During the morning of the 28th of June we carried on the workshops we started the day before :

Handmade recycled paper

The banner for the coming meeting in Geneva Friendship vehicles.

In small groups, each formed of people speaking the same language, we took time to think about children’s rights : all of us in turn told the others which rights we consider are most important and what we would like to add to the International convention for children’s rights. For example, Malyka (from Switzerland) thinks there should be a right to smile, because everyone should be allowed to be happy. And yourself ? What do you think ?

In the afternoon, we visited the city of Gniezno, the first capital of a united Poland. (Gniezno means "the nest"). Our guide, Agnieszka, was great - and what is more, she loves Tapori !

In the evening, we had a party with music and games in the dark.
